Refund and Return Policy

All products, food, snacks.. etc are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are FINAL and can’t be cancelled. We do not issue any refunds on returned or cancelled orders due to the nature of the products. To avoid cancellation due to failed delivery, the customer must make sure all their details are correct. If the delivery company has had 2 failed delivery attempts due to customer not being available Long Shadow will not be responsible in paying another delivery fee. The order will be returned to our warehouse as delivery company cannot keep the packages for long. If the customer is not responding or keeps rescheduling, we will cancel your order.

Delivery

We currently offer delivery in the United Arab Emirates only.
You will receive your order within 1-3 days after placing your order.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct to allow your order to be delivered on time and the driver may call to confirm your location.
